Coverage: 100 - 200 square feet per Quart (4.5 - 18 square meters per 3.785 liters).

APPLICATION:
Read entire label and PDS/MSDS before using. Mira Matte should not be diluted or thinned in any way. Mira Matte should be used as is direct from approved container.
Before Grouting: Apply Miracle Penetrating Sealer to all surfaces. This step will allow quick and easy cleanup after grouting. Grout can stain many surfaces if this procedure is not used. Apply Miracle Penetrating Sealer using a Mira Brush Applicator or a clean white towel. Apply enough to wet the surface. Be careful not to saturate the open grout joints. Allow Miracle Penetrating Sealer to stand for approximately 1 - 5 minutes for maximum penetration. Any excess sealer remaining at this time should be removed by wiping the surface with a clean dry towel. Typically we do not recommend a second application of sealer when utilizing Mira Matte. Allow Miracle Penetrating Sealer to dry 6 - 12 hours before continuing with the grouting procedure per manufacturers specification.
After Grouting: Once grouted make sure that all grout residue is removed from the surface with a clean sponge and water. Allow grout joints to dry at least 24 hours. If grout clean up is not performed effectively, additional cleaning may be necessary to remove remaining grout residue or haze. For this procedure use GCFR (Grout, Concrete & Film Remover) (hydrochloric acid), Phosphoric Acid Cleaner , Sulfamic Acid Crystals or Epoxy Grout Film Remover as directed. Once the area has completely dried, proceed with the sealing of the grout for water and stain resistance. Apply Miracle Penetrating Sealer to all grout as directed. Allow sealer to dry a minimum of 1 hour. Apply Mira Matte to the entire surface using a natural fiber brush, terry cloth towel or pump sprayer (exterior use only). If a pump sprayer is used, Mira Matte should be evened out with a brush before it dries. Work small areas 30 - 60 square feet (3 - 6 square meters) at a time. Do not allow Mira Matte to puddle on the surface. Multiple applications may be necessary
to achieve the desired results. Proceed with subsequent applications after the previous application has dried to the touch (approximately 1 - 2 hours). Be sure to even out Mira Matte on the surface, blending in overlap marks.
